Next-generation Michelin experience. 12 star chefs will repurpose all surplus food from the Nordic Dinner in a transgressive tasting menu pushing the boundaries for modern gastronomy. Paired with Scandinavian wines, curated by The Nordics ruling sommelier champion and Gastologik’s head sommelier Ellen Franzén.
